Art and Music in the Heart of Bury’s Arc

November sees the arrival of an innovative and exciting contemporary art gallery in the centre of Bury St Edmunds, situated on the first floor of the apex concert venue in the cafe bar area.  The apex Gallery sells art by artists who love music. It promises to provide a focal point for those who are seeking to buy high quality contemporary work with music as its theme.
 

The gallery bursts on to the scene with a charity launch on November 18th 7.00pm 2011 supporting Creative Arts East and Youth Music. The opening exhibition “Jazzheads” will showcase two leading East Anglian artists Cate Hadley and Deanna Tyson..  
 

“Jazz Heads” includes portraits, paintings, textiles and drawing responses to world music and modern jazz.  All works are for sale. Commission on sales will be donated to the two charities Creative Arts East and Youth Music. 
 

“Jazz Heads” runs from Friday November 11th – 26th November 2011
