Leaseholder Jon Pasque and Head Chef Conor Fairbrother are part of a young, enthusiastic team striving to create the ideal village pub experience. The food does not claim to be that of major city restaurants. Instead it is homemade, good quality warming food.
In 2012 a major refurbishment program was completed at The Greyhound with an outstanding extension added, providing a pool room with vaulted ceiling and French doors opening onto the patio. Along with a new kitchen and refurbishment of the lounge bar The Greyhound has become the first choice for people wanting quality traditional food, in a smart pub with a welcoming atmosphere.
