Auditions At The Mercury

This year’s Mercury Theatre panto will be bigger and better than ever and once again, the junior chorus will take centre stage. This is the chance for budding young stage stars to audition to be part of Dick Whittington, alongside Mercury favourites Dale Superville, Anthony Stuart-Hicks, Ignatious Anthony and Glenn Adamson. Auditions will take place on Sunday 18th September. For anyone who is interested in taking part must be between 11 and 15 years old. For the children that take part, comes a bonus for the parents, who will recieve 2 complimentary tickets to come and see the show. Dick Whittington is directed by Mercury Theatre Artistic Director Daniel Buckroyd, who said:

“The junior chorus is always popular and the youngsters involved have a fantastic time performing alongside the professional cast. It’s a great chance to be at the heart of a professionally staged panto, it should be a lot of fun!”
