A Celebration of Barry Manilow to offer first look inside new Mercury at Abbey Field venue The Mercury Theatre Colchester are pleased to announce the first show in their exciting offsite venue, Manilow – A Celebration of Barry Manilow, which will mark audiences’ first opportunity to see inside the Mercury at Abbey Field tent.

Taking to the new stage on Sunday 15 September, A Celebration of Barry Manilow offers audiences an evening of feel-good music for fans and music lovers alike.

Presented by Total Productions, the crowd-pleasing show stars a talented performer singing and playing the timeless songs of Manilow himself. Supported by an incredible live band and stunning backing vocalists, the set list with include all the fan favourites, such as Even Now, I Write The Songs, One Voice, Copacabana, Could It Be Magic, I Made It Through The Rain, Mandy and many more!

The Mercury team will be ready to make this a night to remember, and as it is the first show in the pop-up venue, they will be giving willing audiences the chance to have their say by providing honest feedback on their tent experience after the show. This feedback will then be carefully considered prior to the launch of the Autumn/Winter season with Made In Colchester production Oliver! later in the month.
