This May the Civic Theatre, Chelmsford, has two top comedians taking to the stage, as well as a special comedy event for children, and will have the audience in tears of laughter.

Top entertainer Brian Conley will be on the Civic Theatre’s stage with his ‘Still The Greatest Performer – In His Price Range’ on Thursday 10 May. The much loved and talented entertainer-comedian will be performing some of his classic routines as well as new material, along with sketches and songs that will have the audience in stitches. See for yourself why Brian is one of the most respected and loved entertainers.

Star of TV and radio, Mark Steel, will be bringing his ‘Every Little Thing’s Gonna Be Alright’ tour to the Civic Theatre on Thursday 24 May. Just over a year ago Mark was living the ideal married suburban life, the UK was highly unlikely to leave the European Union and Donald Trump was a buffoon who wasn’t going to beat Hilary Clinton…..a lot can change in a year! The star of Radio 4’s ‘Mark Steel’s in Town’ examines his recent divorce, marriage mediation and the state of the world today, whilst trying to stay positive.
