Divorced, Beheaded, Died: An Audience with King Henry VIII

A one-man, two-act play, that has toured extensively and continues to tour venues across England and to the USA, comes to The Garage in Norwich for one night only on Friday 11 October at 7.30pm.

“….what a superb show! It was hard to believe we were not in the presence of the formidable monarch himself. A pitch-perfect performance… the audience were enthralled. Do not miss a chance to see such a first-class performance” Ann Ellison, BEM, Artistic Director, Next Stage Theatre Company and The Mission Theatre, Bath

The show is set in the year 1544 – the King recounts the events of his long life and reign, telling of his wives and of his children. The second act closes with a Q&A session in which Henry answers questions on any related subject!
