We distribute Grapevine Magazine to venues in Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.

But of course our website www.GrapevineLIVE.co.uk has no such geographic boundaries.
Grapevine Magazine is distributed to over 500 venues across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.

The magazine's readership is estimated to be 14,000+
You can pick up a FREE copy of Grapevine Magazine in over 500 venues across the region. If you would like to subscribe to Grapevine Magazine and have a copy sent to you each month we can arrange that for a cost of £20 per year to cover post and packaging.

Our online database of gigs is where we generate our printed listings from. By adding your gigs online before our print deadline your gigs appear both online and in print.
Including posters constitutes advertising, as opposed to our FREE listings service. We are more than happy to include your poster and or other graphic at our current advertising rate.

Our remit is to cover live entertainment, specifically Music, Theatre, Comedy and Dance.

To focus our resource best on the above we do not cover such things as exhibitions, film, quiz nights, walks, tours or sporting events.

The Listings

To have your gigs included in the printed copy of Grapevine Magazine just add them to our online database before our print deadline.

We don't have enough staff to do that, sorry. But we do provide a FREE online facility for you to add your own gigs.Click here to find out how to do that.
Adding your gigs online is your opportunity to sell the gig to a potential audience. There are a few things you can do to help spread the word other than just adding the name of the artist and the time and date.

If the venue you are playing at isn't available from our dropdown list please add it to the event description. Our editors will create the new venue for you.
Our gig listings are curated.
That is to say they do not appear online straight away. We check for duplications, venues and times.
Once our editors approve your listings they will go online. This normally takes between 24 and 48 hours but can take longer at busier times.

Online Registration and Common Errors

Go to the registration page and fill in your details.
The system will generate your login credentials and email them to the address you have used.
The system generated details should normally be with you in minutes.
1. Check your junk folder in case your system has inadvertently flagged our email as 'junk'.
2. If by chance you have mis-spelt your email address it will not be delivered.

If, when attempting to login, you receive a message that says your IP address has been blocked it is normally because you have attempted to sign in with either the wrong userid or the wrong password, or both.

Your IP address will be blocked for a period of 15 minutes.
Check that your logon credentials are correct (these will have been confirmed by email when you registered
After 15 minutes you can reset your password.

Editorials, Press Releases and Images

Our small editorial team seldom get the opportunity to write editorial copy. Unless you are advertising in Grapevine Magazine you will need to send us a Press Release.
Press releases will invariably be posted online because of the limitations of print.

Use a file sharing service such as WeTransfer, Dropbox or SharePoint - other services are available.

Once uploaded to the file sharing service email the link to pressrelease@grapevinelive.co.uk Please don't send hugh files by email.
You must own the rights to any images you sent to us for publication, or at least have permission to use the images.

You will be credited as the source of any images and are responsible for any copyright breaches that may arise.
