The Finn Collinson Band

25th February 2021 @ 8:00 pm 8:45 pm

Join contemporary folk group The Finn Collinson Band for their first ever online concert!

Filmed in Covid-secure conditions in late 2020 with professional-standard audio and visuals, the stream features music from Finn’s highly acclaimed debut album ‘Call To Mind’ as well as some previously unreleased material. With Finn’s trademark recorder tunes fronting this impressive young ensemble, this is a rare chance to see them up close and personal, yet from the comfort and safety of your own home!Finn is joined by his regular touring band, featuring the groove-infused guitar of Tom Leader, powerhouse percussion of Jonno Gaze, and Emma Beach’s unique and outstanding oboe. Described by Spiral Earth as “exceptionally well executed folk rock”, The Finn Collinson Band enthralled audiences across England on their first tour in 2019 and received widespread airplay following the release of the album.Going some way to replace the busy festival season and venue tour the band lost to the Covid-19 lockdown in 2020, this stream heralds the start of an exciting time for The Finn Collinson Band, with an impressive list of performances and new recordings due later in 2021.
