Goodnight Mister Tom Cast Announced

Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds is thrilled to now announce some more of the professional cast who will be joining Roy Hudd for our summer production of Goodnight Mister Tom. We are also still seeking boys aged 10-13 to play some of the crucial children’s roles in the show to balance the cast as part of the Summer School Project.

Chris Hannon will be playing the roles of Mr Miller and Mr Stelton. Chris has previously starred as Luigi in Coronation Street (ITV), Darrel in Lunch Monkeys (BBC Three) and Brian in Topsy and Tim (Cbeebies). Chris has also written pantomimes for Theatre Royal including 2017/18’s Dick Whittington and the forthcoming Sleeping Beauty.

Steve Huison will be playing the roles of Charlie Ruddles, Doctor Little and ARP Warden. Steve is best known for his role as Lomper in the massively successful UK box-office and critical hit film The Full Monty (1997) but has also starred as Norman Dunstan in The Royal Today and as Eddie Windass in Coronation Street (both ITV).

If you are interested in applying, please email natalie@theatreroyal.org for more information.
