ArtsOptions have been busy while the sun shines, and as a result there are some fantastic musical events coming to Suffolk in the coming weeks.
This weekend, the Bank Holiday Saturday of the 27th August, at 6.30pm, Holywells Park in Ipswich host “CHOPIN IN THE PARK” – A Summer Evening of Music with a wonderful relaxing piano recital given by Suffolk-based pianist PAULO LOPES, featuring music by Chopin Waltzes, Mazurkas and Polonaises.
Polish canapés will be served from 6.30pm and/or you can bring a picnic.
The concert starts at 7pm and will be attended by the Mayor of Ipswich and the Polish Consul. An evening for all the family who can stay up until 9pm!

Also, on Monday 12 September, our Autumn Lunchtime Concert series starts at the Theatre Royal in Bury St Edmunds with fantastic London professionals, cellist Nick Cooper – originally from Ipswich – and guitarist James Woodrow.

10th October: KINGFISHER ENSEMBLE (string quartet led by Beth Spendlove)

23rd Jan 17: SAXOLOGY (saxophone quartet led by Jeffery Wilson)
