Prometheus Orchestra

On the 16th of April 2016, The Prometheus Orchestra returns to Aldeburgh Jubilee Hall for a Saturday evening concert and on the 17th April 2016, they also return to The Apex in Bury for a Sunday afternoon concert.

The attractive programme includes a Mozart piano concerto with soloist John Paul Ekins, a talented young pianist destined for great things. The concert also features Mendelssohn’s ‘Hebrides’ overture and Beethoven’s magnificent Seventh Symphony.

The Prometheus Orchestra was founded in East Suffolk in 2008, and brings together the finest professional musicians in Suffolk and wider East Anglia to give really enjoyable concerts, playing the greatest classical music with style and commitment.
