Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds is delighted to welcome Total Productions back with another celebration of a legend in music history – Barry Manilow. This isn’t a tribute act, this is a genuine fan paying homage to an incredible talent in Manilow (Wed 15 May, 7.30pm).

Very few performers have had the effect on the modern pop culture that this man has. As a performer, as a writer and as a boundary breaker. With the largest fan base in the world, to do this man justice it has to be approached with the dignity and respect that he deserves. Combined with an incredible live band and stunning backing vocalists, this production celebrates the timeless songs and melodies of Barry Manilow, the man and his genius. With all of his classics including ‘Even Now’, ‘One Voice’, ‘Could It Be Magic’, ‘I Made It Through The Rain’, ‘Mandy’ and so many more.

Barry Manilow is an American singer-songwriter with a career that has spanned more than 50 years. He has recorded and released 47 Top 40 singles, including 12 that hit number one. He has written and performed songs for musicals, films and commercials for corporations such as McDonald’s, Pepsi-Cola and Band-Aid. He has been nominated for a Grammy Award a total of fifteen times and has sold more than 75 million records as a solo artist worldwide.
