Britain’s Got Magic

Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds will play host to an evening of award-winning magic and hilarious comedy featuring some of the most exciting names in magic and variety in the UK, headlined by Christian Lee who reached the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent in 2016. Watch closely as Christian and his guests conjure an evening of magic and humour with Britain’s Got Magic on Thursday 31 May, 8pm.

Prepare to experience the sensational magic of Christian Lee who is an award-winning comedy magician. With over 40 million YouTube hits worldwide (and counting) Christian has been crowned with various prestigious awards over the years. He is a member of the Inner Magic Circle and performs magic ranging from close up tricks to illusions and full stage productions. With his tongue-in-cheek humour Christian is currently leading the way with his unique style and wacky performances and has been dubbed the ‘King of Comedy Magic’ by Time Out.

Joining Christian on the night will be: Oliver Tabor – a recent FISM World Magic Championships finalist, Oliver is a renowned London stage magician, known for offering extraordinary stage and cabaret acts; Max Somerset – award-winning TV magician who is one of the few privileged to be an Honorary Inner Member of the Prestigious Magic Circle, London; Richard Griffin – a multi-award winning magician who has entertained audiences worldwide for over 25 years; and Steve Hewlett – a ventriloquist since the age of 12, Steve shot to fame on 2013’s Britain’s Got Talent as the Wild Card Finalist.
