Christmas At The Hippodrome With Ben Langley

The Hippodrome Circus have secured the talents of hugely popular Norfolk based comedy star Ben Langley for the this year’s Christmas Spectacular.

Ben, who has been the star of the Theatre Royal Pantomime for the last five years, was saddened to hear that his contract would not be renewed for this coming season. It also left thousands of his fans wondering where the madcap comedian would be appearing next.  The news has now been released that Ben will be appearing alongside ringmaster Jack Jay and a huge international circus cast in the 2019 festive show.

Jack, who is also the producer of the show said he was over the moon to welcome Ben to the team, “We have always been big admirers of Ben’s comedy work, he obviously was a huge hit when he appeared on Britain’s Got Talent and has cemented himself as a real family favourite in Norwich over the last few years. When the news broke that he was no longer appearing in the panto, we thought it would be an amazing chance to bring Ben to Great Yarmouth and have him showcase his skills in one of Europe’s biggest Christmas shows”

Ben spoke of how excited he was to begin this new journey:“I’m so thrilled I can remain in Norfolk this Christmas and continue to perform for the wonderfully supportive people of this county. The Hippodrome’s Christmas Show is so spectacular and will have plenty of opportunity for me to shine.

It has been a breath of fresh air talking with the producers who understand their audience and how unique the show is. I simply cannot wait, it’s going to be #lush.”

Tickets are on sale now for the Christmas Spectacular and after last year’s sell out success people are being urged to book early.
