Since the Government updated it’s guidance on outdoor performances we have seen a trickle of LIVE events announced.  We would remind you that these events will have limited capacity, most will require pre-booking, and all will be enforcing social distancing.  We are listing these live events but there are also a whole host of virtual gigs taking place too.

Tell us about your LIVEgigs – email [email protected] and we will, for a limited time, add them to our online listings for you.

Coda (Colchester)

+ Google Map
63 High Street
Colchester, Essex CO1 1DN United Kingdom
Two Colchester born 20 something year olds were drinking in a pub on a Thursday night. They became bored that the only entertainment they had was the £5 pint in front of them. “What if there was a venue that had live entertainment, but it was open to everyone, free to get in and the drinks didn’t put me into my overdraft?” One of them said to the other.
Spurred on by their passion for Live music, excessive amounts of caffeine and mediocre carpentry skills, 8 months later CODA was born.
We’re trying to do something for Colchester that hasn’t been done before, a truly open venue that isn’t pretentious, doesn’t take itself too seriously and just wants to have a good time.  So join us for the ride?
