Winterfolk Brings Acoustic Rock To Ipswich

A concert, featuring some of the regions popular folk and acoustic rock artists, is being held at St Peter’s by the Waterfront in Ipswich on Saturday 6th November.

“Winterfolk” is an evening of folk and acoustic based rock music, in the wonderful setting of St Peter’s – the former Medieval Church now a vibrant music and heritage venue near the town’s waterfront. Artistes booked are Lou Myhill, Holly D Johnston, and “The Silburys”.

Lou Myhill is a superb guitarist and songwriter, who formerly fronted a number of East Anglian bands but now performs as a solo artist. This is a welcome return for Lou, who is now based on the South Coast but is back in his home town with the promise of a great set that will include newly penned material.
