WoW Festival

WoW festival announces its line-up for 2017; the 8th edition of this popular feast of musical exploration.

Headliners for WoW 2017 are The Mouse Outfit (Friday), Horseman and the Uppercut Band (Saturday) and Ushti Baba (Sunday).

Other bands featured at WoW include Captain Flatcap, Mammal Hands, Sink Ya Teeth

Dingus Khan, Dodo Street Band, Horo Quintet, Alden, Patterson and Dashwood, SuperGlu, Whiskey Moonface and many more over three days.
WoW festival is held on Woolsey Bridge Fields on the Burston Road.

Geoff Dixon, WoW organiser said:

“Our WoW audience said that Julie, Dom and I set the bar very high in 2017 but I think we have met the challenge with an amazing array of talents. We concentrate on the providing best sound experience and this means the best creative talents and the best soundscape from truly talented sound engineers”

Dom Marples said:

“It is wonderful the number of campers we have at WoW who come from within a couple of miles of WoW. People come to enjoy the entire WoW experience of great music, wonderful food and great craic around the campfire under beautiful Norfolk skies.”

Julie Bunting Dixon says;

“ The catering at WoW is all local and artisanal; wonderful tasting, wonderfully priced and wonderfully reviewed catering scoring 4.65/5 in our 2016 post event survey.   All ales and ciders are locally brewed and the WoW bar has normal bar prices”.

Children at WoW enjoy music and dance and a craft area and can even a Kids Party on the Sunday morning.
