Young Writers.

Do you know your rhythm from your beat, your riff from your lick, your staccato from your legato – or even just your stage left from stage right?

You do?

We should be talking!

Our passion is LIVE entertainment

Grapevine Magazine is looking for young, creative writers to write about our passion – LIVE entertainment: Music, Theatre, Dance or Comedy.

Our website has a voracious appetite for content – we achieve over 20,000 search engine impressions per month even in the depths of a pandemic meaning you can get YOUR work published and viewed by thousands of potential readers whilst also building your portfolio of work for university or your career.

Get as creative as you want with with our suggestions on the right! The best three articles will be selected to feature on our website and will be shared on our social media platforms, which collectively have over 7,000 followers!

Write an editorial piece about the state of the entertainment industry, the effect the pandemic is having on a local venue or whether LIVE entertainment will survive as we know it.

Interview someone working in LIVE entertainment be they on stage or behind the scenes.

Review a LIVE show – OK, that could be difficult at the moment but there are lots of artists performing live streamed gigs and many of our theatres are broadcasting live performances.

Your piece needs to be relevant to the area we cover – East Anglia. For us that means the counties of Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk
